Do you provide floristry and stationery independently to a styling package? 
We sure do! Our styling packages come complete with hire items and stationery and are designed to meticulous detail, providing you with a style guide and a stationery design file. However, if you wish to DIY a large portion of your wedding, we are able to supply you a floral-only package or a stationery-only package minus the service fees associated with a styling package. Do you have a minimum spend?
To compete with wholesale, access and MOQs with our supplies, we have a minimum spend on our services as follows: floristry $3500, styling $16,500 and hire $250 (not including delivery)

Can I pick my own florist for my styled wedding?
Fox and Mae provides comprehensive styling packages which include floristry. We do not work with third party florists. If you are set on a florist of your choice, we can offer you an on-the-day coordination package, a DIY hire package, or a stationery package complementing your wedding design, but we cannot design your wedding or carry out a styling service.

Can you guarantee floral colours and types?
Due to the evolving nature of the floral industry, we can no longer guarantee any floral types or exact colours. We can however work towards a colour palette and ensure that any substitutes fall within this. The floral industry worldwide has taken a major hit due to the pandemic, and unfortunately floral sourcing has become a lot harder and pricier for everyone involved. The best part of our job is being creative and bringing you spectacular events at a very high standard. You can comfortably leave your trust in our hands and we promise to deliver beautiful arrangements for your wedding.

Do you style weddings outside of Victoria?
At this point, we only provide full scale events within Victoria. We have styled many weddings for international clients who have been married in Victoria. Our process is the same as per a local client, with the majority of our conversations and debriefs taking place over a Zoom or FaceTime meeting. If you are getting married interstate or internationally, there are ways we can still be involved. Please contact us to see how we can help.

Do you ship your stationery or hire items internationally?
Yes, we certainly do. Our stationery is printed locally and securely packaged before being shipped internationally. We use DHL to ship all of our sensitive freight parcels which can be tracked every step of the way. Our shipping fees are inclusive of customs and insurance for peace of mind. Other shipping options are available at lower price points which can be discussed at the time of your booking.

Is Fox and Mae eco-sustainable?
While we are not yet a 100% sustainability run business, we do everything in our power to reduce our environmental imprint. This includes printing on stocks that are made from recycled or renewable materials, ensuring our print methods use the least amount of energy possible, providing acrylic stationery design as reusable hire items only, generally eliminating single-use plastics and eliminating floral foam from our installations.

What happens if I cancel my event?
In the case of a cancelled event, there are terms and conditions which apply, based on the reason for your cancellation. More information about event cancellations can be found via our Terms and Conditions located here.
